I Recently Was Prescribed Medication For A UTI (Phenazopydrine ,

I recently was prescribed medication for a UTI (Phenazopydrine , and Nitrofurantoin) Today was my last dosage of the pills and I notice last night I felt itching on my vagina and discharge but then it went away later today the itching started again as well as the discharge I took a cold towel and wiped and showered and the itching went away. The doctor also provided me 1 tablet of Fluconazole for possible yeast infection after my antibiotics. My question is how do I know if I am having symptoms of an yeast infection my menstrual is also in a few days so I am not sure if the discharge is coming from that! Is it ok for me to go ahead and take the yeast infection pill, I realy dont want to wait for the symptoms to get worse if this is what I have.
