I Recently Was See In Er For Vision Lost And

I recently was see in er for vision lost and blurred vision headache in Left side and dizziness but after being examd they my blood pressure was284/122 and they only kept me and focused on that I went to my primary Dr she ask me if u had I said I don't think so but 3days has gone by and my right side of mouth looks uneven and my husband said I Drool on right side. What Dr do I see
