I Recently Went Fishing With My Son And I Slipped

I recently went fishing with my son and I slipped down the fell on my lower back and shoulders and smacked my head off the ground. I've had a lot of concussions in my life but I'm more worried about my upper 2 ribs which were broken some years back and having trouble breathing now with deep breaths. Would a ct scan show up under where first two ribs are located. Right side. Thank you all
