I Recently Went To Donate Blood For My Aunt And

I recently went to donate blood for my aunt and I've just learned that she didn't get my blood because it was "dirty". I was tested for HIV before the donation and I'm fine. I do however have a small lesion or what I think is one..could that be an indication of something? It's not itchy or anything.
