I Recently Went To Dr And Was Prescribed Anti Biotics

I recently went to dr and was prescribed anti biotics for bronchitis and may have flu too. I admit I feel better and am at to cough stuff up but is containing blood sometimes or a rusty color.no more fever. I have the energy to do some stuff but am super winded and have to puff the albuteral inhaler to regain breathing normality. Do I need to go to er?
