I Recently Went To Er Coz I Swallowed A Cherry

I recently went to er coz I swallowed a cherry pit and felt like it was lodge in my throat. They took X-rays and said they didn't see anything they think it passed but not I'm light headed, can't breathe very well and my throat feels like there's something still stuck there. I've had tummy aches, my chest feels tight and anxiety from not being able to breathe good has caused me to shake. My whole body. They didn't give me nothing. I don't feel right
