I Recently Went To See My Esthetician To Remove Broken

I recently went to see my esthetician to remove broken capillaries on my face and nose area but when I had asked her to remove the one on my top lip she said that she has never done that before. It looks the same as the other broken capillaries but it sticks out a little bit more(it has been there for months now, ever since I went on vacation down south, and does not grow in size, the color is sometimes more pronounced ((red)) at times)... according to my research it is a Spider angiomas (spider naevi).

How do I get rid of it?
