I Recently Went To The Doctor And Was Told I

I recently went to the doctor and was told I have seborrheic dermatitis. I have had this for a long time but recently diagnosed. My question is the following, is my hair loss due to having seborrheic? I never had my hair loss as when I started developing seborrheic dermatitis. Also can my hair grow back once I have the dermatitis under control? Also can I use a natural method instead harsh chemical shampoo like my doctor prescribed me? If so, what would you recommend, I use or take to help my hair grow back?
