I Recently Went To The Er In A Lot Of

I recently went to the er in a lot of pain, I was told that I had a kidney infection and was put on cephalexin because I'm breastfeeding. I have begun to notice that I'm bruising, I found a large dark bruise on my breast and another on my leg. I was told a long time ago that bruising is a sign of kidney failure, so my question is could the bruising be from the infection that I'm currently fighting?
