I Recently Went To The Hospital To Take A Qtip

I recently went to the hospital to take a qtip out that was stuck in my ear they took it out a week later I woke up and my ear felt full so I went to the hospital again and they said I have a slight ear infection they prescribed me some ear drops and I felt fine after a week than all of a sudden I went to work and experienced a haziness I could see but it wasent clear I was straining to read words now I have a headache and everytime I swallow my ears pop or click and now my ears are starting to hurt please help what do I have
