I Recently Wore A Holter Monitor For 48hrs Due To

I recently wore a holter monitor for 48hrs due to heart palpitations, increased rate, dizziness & squeezing sensations in/around my heart and left neck/inner arm that I have been experiencing on/off for 3 months, but haven't heard anything back as of yet (I just had it removed yesterday afternoon) Today I have a pain in my left neck/above the clavicle in the tissue but the pain increases then dissipates & I can feel a strong pulse. I also feel like I have a low grade fever but have not checked my temperature. I contacted my drs office earlier but haven't heard back. I am starting to worry something is seriously wrong with my heart. I am 36, non smoker but have family history of heart disease
