I Recently Worked Out "upper Body" And Felt Extremely Sore
I recently worked out "upper body" and felt extremely sore after 2 days. My peck area was really tight for 4-5 days and I had swelling under my arms that was noticible even when I held my arms down! Now the soreness isn't as bad but there is a really tight pressure feeling under my arms in the front crease between my peck and armpits. Could it be my lymphnodes?
