I Recently(2 Wks Ago) Talked To My Dr. About Increasing

I recently(2 wks ago) talked to my dr. about increasing my Paroxetine from 20 -30mg/day. She agreed and since I went to the 30 mg, my stomach has been really tight like when a person is really stressed, which I am. My son pointed this out and wondered if there could be a correlation?
