I regularly take Potassium Chloride every day. I had cervical spinal surgery 18 days ago and have had
difficulty swallowing big pills - even breaking them up the jagged edges get stuck in my throat, which I
assume is swollen. Applesauce doesn't dislodge them. I have had an order in for a powder form, but my
pharmacy had to order it. Thus, I have been off regular doses for about 5 days. Do I need to worry about
bad results from this lack of potassium?
