I Remember Twisting My Right Hand Trying To Grab A

I remember twisting my right hand trying to grab a package beside me on the passenger seat. My lower arm, waist and fingers began to hurt. This was about six weeks ago. We were traveling, so I got a brace for it, and that helped control the pain. It's still hurting and seems to be getting worse. No swelling. Only Tylenol at night.
