I Removed My Mirna At The Beginning Of January And

I removed my Mirna at the beginning of January and had my cycle on the 12th of January and I haven't had one since. I am also experiencing several other pregnancy symptoms but have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all say negative. After doing some research I see that it is possible that I may be pregnant and the tests aren't picking up the hormone yet, is that true?
