I Return From Walking In Cold Weather Fter 30 To

I return from walking in cold weather Fter 30 to 40 minutes with an extreme pain in my head if I forget to wear a hat. Is this a blood pressure issue? I usually have low pressure. The pounding goes away in about 20 mins when I return indoors.
