I Returned From Florida With What Seems Like A Sand

I returned from Florida with what seems like a sand flea bite on the arm. It's super itchy and permethrin isn't working. It keeps moving housing creating a new home in my arm in a circle. Compound w helps with the suffocating. Borax helped immensely with the itch.
