I Rip My Frenulum 2 Days Ago I Went To

I rip my frenulum 2 days ago I went to the doctor and he put something so it won't stop bleeding now when I pull my skin down it doesn't bleed or anything but I don't feel like I could put the skin like I could when this didn't happen my question is is it not healing right or that's how is going to be forever? Also it look like a little piece is still connected
