I rolled my ankle and feel on stairs.
I have constant moderate pain with intermittent sharp pain. I took ibuprofen with no alleviating the pain. This was 2 hours ago
It hurts up my shinn and in my toes. It hurts to wiggle my toes or move my ankle.
What should I do?
