I Rubbed Hand Cream Into Both Hands Last Night. Within

I rubbed hand cream into both hands last night. Within minutes the upper side of my left hand started to turn black with bruising like marks up my wrist. No adverse pressure was applied. My other hand didn't show any similar reaction. My hand looks like I have been fighting it us so black & blue. No tenderness at all
