I Run. Lately I've Had Achey Pain In My Knee

I run. Lately I've had achey pain in my knee just sitting. When I press on it, it feels squishy compared to my other knee. It doesnt hurt when I press on it but just has achiness. I'm taking Aleve right now to aide in the pain. I also feel achiness in my hip, back area on same leg
