I Run A Longterm Care Pharmacy And Have Recently Acquired

I run a longterm care pharmacy and have recently acquired a patient on Aubagio(Terifluomide). We have tried to get the drug for this patient including talking to her insurance company who has been filling this med by mail order to her, but now they can not because she has been moved to a 24/7 care facility. how can i have continuum of care for this patient with Aubagio? Any Ideas?
