I Ruptured 6. The Rupture Pushed Up Into 5. Both

I ruptured 6. The rupture pushed up into 5. Both were removed. A cage was put in place. This was summer 2010. In 2013 I had a second surgery. 4 bone spurs were ground down and 2 artificial disks were put in place. I have had pain for the last week. Feels like my neck wants to explode. Very sore upper back. Almost the same as before the surgery to remove spurs.
