I Saw A Nero Surgeon Yesterday That Said I Be

I saw a Nero surgeon yesterday that said I be a good candidate for surgery mri shows 2 bad disc L3-4 and L4-5
he said steroid injections might help. I have one body and want to do the best I can for my future, this pain is worth never dealing with again. I'd rather not have surgery or inject steroids unless no other choice. So I'm looking at stem cell therapy wonder if that would help? I'd rather not carry screws and rods if there is a better way.
