I Saw A Doctor 3 Weeks Ago, I Was Told

I saw a doctor 3 weeks ago, I was told that i had a viral cold. I have been coughing non stop for 3 weeks. I haven't got any better or worse, but I am coughing, have a shortness of breath, very tired, but have no fever or other symptoms. Do you think that there is bronchitis or pneumonia possibly?
