I Saw A Doctor About My Back 2 Weeks Ago,

I saw a doctor about my back 2 weeks ago, I have a broken screw in my back, causing more pain than usual. He pushed hard on my hip area and then had me turn sideways and pushed down on my hip bone. Recently I have been experiencing uncontrolled twitching in my neck making my head move and twitching in arms, and legs basically all thrumy body. Is Iit possible that when the doctor was pushing on my bones he pinched a nerve?
