I Saw A Doctor Yesterday For Severe Lower Back Pain

I saw a doctor yesterday for severe lower back pain and a slight fever. He did a urine analysis and a step culture . He diagnosed strep throat and prescribe penicillin for 10 days. After 2 days of medicine my pain has gotten worse and is moving around to my right side and up to my shoulder blades.
