I Saw An Ad On Facebook That Was Recommended For

I saw an ad on facebook that was recommended for babies with gas and various other problems. This was an elevated table, thick padding with straps . You place the baby on its stomach and strap it on the table, and it rocks it. Puts baby to sleep, sooths it so that it stops crying, etc. So is this safe?
