I Saw My Physician On Thursday With Complaints Of Extreme

I saw my physician on Thursday with complaints of extreme exhaustion, bruising, nausea and loss of appetite with pain and pressure in upper right abdomen....blood work is back my alt level 183, ast 121 and ferritin level 308...hepatitis tests not back yet or not showing up online..other labs within normal range...how long does it take for hepatitis tests to complete and what other things should we be looking at....my apt level in June was 50.
