I Saw Something Like Stringy Brown Bleeding On 15july Which

I saw something like stringy brown bleeding on 15july which last for 3days followed by spoting for another 3days which ended a day before the first day of my normal period and since then,no period. Pregnancy test is negative and scan says empty uterus pls what can I do.
