I Saw That Milk Thistle Caused A Multiple Amount Of

I saw that Milk Thistle caused a multiple amount of side effects. My most concern was the cause of blood clots. Is this true. I am over 65 years of age and like to investigate about holistic medications. I am active and continue to work fulltime. I have been taking Milk Thistle but am now concerned about taking it. I want to stay healthy and fit and try to eat healthy my height is 5' 4" and 127 lbs.. Should I been concerned about this medication. I don't have any medical conditions except for some arthritis and take a pain medication as needed. My HDH is high and my LDL is low. So far I have been very lucky in being healthy. Thank You, L
