I Saw The Dr Today And He Told Me My

I saw the dr today and he told me my prostate was enlarged so I want to know if I can work out in the gym if my prostate is enlarged or will it harm me
I stopped the testosterone shots (once a week ) until the dr can determine what the enlargement is prostate I don't have the test until September 14
