I Scraped A Chunk Of Skin Off My Little Finger

I scraped a chunk of skin off my little finger on a grater. i put a plaster on but it bled through the lint. I tried to change it this morning and taking the plaster off it started bleeding again. Is there a dressing I can use that will protect it without sticking or causing it to puss. I have stopped it bleeding now and am leaving it open, but as soon as I bend it or move it it starts to bleed again.
