I Scratched By Leg On A Rusty Metal Pole. It

I scratched by leg on a rusty metal pole. It was a small scratch. It had a red strip but no actual blood came out. It's been less than 24 hours and I feel normal. The area has healed and looks like a normal scratch with random areas of small scabs. I do not remember when my last shot was. I'm 13 and the last time I had any shot was when I was 7 because my doctor said i didn't need anymore until I was 11. But I have not been able to go to the doctor yet. I have not cleaned it
