I Scream And Attack Things If They Wake Me Up

I scream and attack things if they wake me up at anytime. Not always but more than occasionally. Even if they wake me up with noise and not touch.

The first time this happened, my dad woke me up (when he was getting a phone charger out of my room) by knocking an empty card board box off of my dresser. I remember my last thoughts before waking up were, "there is someone in my room!" I screamed and attempted to kick him from underneath my blankets.
After that, it is becoming more frequent. It is now to the point that it affects me while I'm awake. I can't feel comfortable by myself in my own home because I feel like something is going to attack me at all times. I know nothing will, but I feel like it will.
I end up swinging at my pets if they come around a corner suddenly or if they approach me in the dark.
I know that I should feel safe in my own home, but I can't feel safe no matter how logically I try to think about things.
