I See Lymph Node In My Lower Neck In June

I see lymph node in my lower neck in june 20 i had no any symptoms but i go to er they did cbc and say everything is normal. In july 28 again i went er with headche and the did cbc and wbc was 10.2, lymph 14.2. Again september 9 i went to hospital coz i had whole body pain then they cbc and omg wbc was 10.8 , lymph 16.2 and neutrophils 75.8. Calcium 10.6 and sed rate 9. I m scared that i have cancer or something . Help me plz
