I See What Loops Like Milky Blotches In My Urine

I see what loops like milky blotches in my urine each time I pee. I noticed this started immediately after I had had a urologist look into my bladder, it an office procedure that I do once a year. I have been doing this for the past nine years. It is done to see if there is polyps in my bladder. However, this was the first time I had seen the milky blotches after the procedure. I went back to the urologist and told them of this. I had to do a urine test for possible UTI, the test result was negative and that was it. Can you tell me your thoughts about the milky blotches. I am willing to pay for the answer but unwilling to pay over the Internet. I have had fraudulent charges in the past on my credit card and do not want this to happen again.
