I Seem To Be Having A Bowel Issue. Don't Go

I seem to be having a bowel issue. Don't go every day as I used to, varies from diahrrea to constipation. I have never been constipated in my life until now. Have lower back and abdominal pain/discomfort and abdomen sometimes tender to touch. Have not been to my doctor as yet.
