I Seem To Be Having Some Weird Reaction To Contrasty

I seem to be having some weird reaction to contrasty light especially when viewing something blinking.
A shape enters my vision area and it distorts and starts blinking... I can't really see only half a word when viewing type... It last about 10 minutes and goes away...
