I Seem To Have A Feeling Of Numbness In My

I seem to have a feeling of numbness in my left foot on my second and third toes. I have been to a foot doctor, but his treatment does not seem to be helping. I have had a total knee replacement in my left knee. I don't know if I should go back to foot doctor or where to go at this point?
