I Seem To Have A Slight Aches In A Spot

I seem to have a slight aches in a spot mid shin just to the right of my shin bone and one in my lower side hip. The aches started at the same time after yoga class. It has been 6 weeks and the aches have not gone away. Anything series, or just waiting for healing?
