I Seem To Have A Swollen Lymph Node In My

I seem to have a swollen lymph node in my groin area, it's been there about 3 weeks, and my wife gas been having uti's a lot lately is there some sort of correlation here with her uti and my problem. Or can rough sex with her on top for long periods of time grinding away cause this lymph node to swell and stay that way for weeks on end??
