I Seem To Have A Traveling Muscle Problem That Has

I seem to have a traveling muscle problem that has been going through my body from one area to the next. It started between my upper chest and back, to my sciatica, and now is between my left upper leg and hip. This is so painful I can barely stand it. My doctor has told me to apply heat and ice, and it doesn't do a darn thing. Where do I go now?
