I Seem To Have An Acute Cough That Is Just

I seem to have an acute cough that is just been going around, so I stayed home from work today because of a small sore throat also. I went to the store to get some medication for cold and while I was pushing the basket in target I sneezed really hard and got a very sharp pain on my back right side around my kidneys. The pain has subsided after about 30 seconds kind of like a Charlie horse. But now if I move in a certain direction if I cough it is extremely painful in that area with a sharp stabbing pain. It is now been four hours since I sneezed last and the pain is still very bad every time I cough or turn in a certain direction. What could this be?
