I Seem To Have Lost My Sense Of Taste...nothing Tastes

I seem to have lost my sense of taste...nothing tastes as they used to before. I do not have a stuffy nose though my nose is not totally clear either. I take vitamins and BPH medication and in general I am in good health for my age of 70...though suffer from BPH consequences. Lately when I take BPH medication, I seem to get a very dry throat....
