I Seem To Have Notice Pimples In My Pubic Area.

I seem to have notice pimples in my pubic area. I usually shave down there. that is how I noticed the pimples. They do not itch. But when I shave over them they bleed. On one side of the valve there seems to be a bump. That does hurt. When I was down there. I looked with a mirror and noticed that side is all red. I also noticed a lump inside of the vulva. Help!
