I Seem To Have Pain Which Radiates Across The Top

I seem to have pain which radiates across the top of my feet. I work as a safety officer on a large construction site meaning I have periods where I sit at a desk for hours but I also constantly roam the worksite enforcing OSHA construction safety standards.
