I Seem To Have These Huge Bios That Appear On

I seem to have these huge bios that appear on the mound. They seem to lie underneath the skin and have no head. They do not bust and also does not have pus. When any pressure is applied to them it hurts. I am sexually active but I began receiving these bumps before I began to take part in sexual activity. I want to know what kind of bumps these are, how serious are they, and should I be worried?
