I Seen My OB/GYN Who Said I Had A UTI

I seen my OB/GYN who said I had a UTI and then my primary physician said I had a sinus infection and gave me Cipro. I went on vacation in Dominican Republic and the last two days my right foot became extremely swollen. came home yesterday and foot is still swollen. I have two large kidney stones that may have caused the UTI from the constant blood in my urine. Friends are saying could be a clot or an infection. Not sure what to do.
